The Tha5elements Privacy Notice describes how Tha5elements and its subsidiaries treat personal information when you use Tha5elements services. To understand how we treat the information you give us as you use Tha5elements, you should read this policy.

Personal Information
Non-Account Activity: You can watch videos on Tha5elements without having a Tha5elements Account. Account-Related Activity: Certain activities on Tha5elements require you to have a Tha5elements Account. We ask for some personal information when you create a Tha5elements Account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. Tha5elements Account allows you to access services that require registration.

Usage Information: We may record information about your usage and the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in Tha5elements (including UI elements, settings, and other information). If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. "Web Beacons") in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and clicked by recipients.

Mailing List
Tha5elements may launch a mailing list for some or all of the Tha5elements website. In order to sign up to receive regular emails from a sites mailing list, users must submit information including a valid email address and demographic information such as location and interests. This information will be used in aggregate form only in order to assess general user interest in various internal and third party products and services’. Users who choose to sign up for a mailing list will receive regular emails from the site, including new articles added to the site as well as emails from third party site sponsors. If you do not wish to receive emails from third party advertisers, you can sign off for the mailing list.

We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Tha5elements site changes or for customer service purposes).

We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the Tha5Elements website and to create new features, promotions, functionality and services by storing, tracking and analyzing User preferences and trends.

We use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the tha5elements Site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.

Your Choices
You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Tha5elements website, in which case you can still view videos and explore the Tha5elements Sites, but Tha5elements may not be able to provide certain services to you. Some advanced Tha5elements features may, for authentication purposes, require you to sign up for other Tha5elements services. The privacy notices of those services govern the use of your personal information associated with them.

You may update or correct your personal profile information and email preferences (sign off) at any time by visiting your account profile page.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, Tha5elements may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on any of the Tha5elements Sites.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Whenever Tha5elements changes its privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
